Steps for Joining

Prescreening helps you and the study team determine whether The Redwood Study is a good fit for you. This step-by-step process guides you from a short, 3-minute questionnaire through eligibility review, so you can decide whether participating feels right for you.

1

Answer a few questions

Complete a short, 3-minute questionnaire to see if you may be a fit for the study.

2

Speak with a study team member

If you appear to be a potential match, a research site you select will reach out within a few business days to give you more information about the study and confirm your eligibility.

3

You decide whether to join

If you meet all study requirements, the study doctor may invite you to take part in The Redwood Study. Choosing to join the study is up to you. Feel free to ask questions – you can take your time deciding what feels right.

Get Started

Take this 3-minute questionnaire with 7 short questions about your health. Your answers will help us determine your eligibility as a potential participant for the study. If you prequalify, we will ask for your contact information to share with a research site of your choosing. The study site will then contact you to talk about the study and next steps.

Step 1 of 3

Filling out this questionnaire does not mean you are obligated to participate in this clinical research study. At the end of the questionnaire, you have the opportunity to decide whether your answers are saved and can be submitted to a local research site for additional review regarding your eligibility for the study. If the site concludes that you would be a match, they may contact you to share additional information about the study and to schedule an appointment.

By answering the following questions, you agree that a research site representative may follow up by phone or email (as provided) regarding your interest in study participation only. If you are completing the questionnaire on behalf of someone else, please answer questions using their information.
